Terms of Service
Effective July 27, 2026
Operator and agreement
These Terms of Service are between you and Pepper Technology LLC, which operates the CleanBid Radar service. “CleanBid Radar” refers to the service and brand; “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pepper Technology LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Decision-support service
CleanBid Radar provides opportunity discovery, qualification, analytics, and workflow tools. It does not provide legal, accounting, certification, procurement, or bid-writing advice and does not guarantee eligibility, compliance, award, revenue, or accuracy of third-party data.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for verifying every solicitation, amendment, deadline, set-aside requirement, representation, certification, submission instruction, and contract term with the original government source before acting or bidding.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not probe, scrape, resell, overload, reverse engineer, or use the service to misrepresent eligibility or government affiliation.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel through the customer billing portal or the order-management tools provided with your Stripe Managed Payments purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Founding pricing remains available only while the original subscription stays continuously active. The advertised $19 monthly price excludes applicable taxes, and checkout may display localized currency.
Stripe is the merchant of record for Managed Payments transactions and handles payment and subscription support. Except where required by law or approved through Stripe's Managed Payments refund process, subscription fees are non-refundable after payment. You may request payment support or an eligible refund through the order-management link in your Stripe or Link receipt, or by emailing us. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Public data and availability
Government sources and third-party services may be delayed, incomplete, changed, or unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, or service quality.
Intellectual property
CleanBid Radar and its original software, design, scoring methodology, and content are protected by applicable law. Government records remain subject to their source terms and public-data rules.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to a claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, unlawful use, abuse, security risks, or a material violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated terms and effective date and provide additional notice when required. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
